Paul A. Krasker, Esquire has focused his practice in real estate law in Florida for 25 years. He is a member of the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar, and regularly advises clients in the purchase of tax certificates and applications for tax deed. As the prior owner of one of the largest independent title companies in Florida, Mr. Krasker has a unique understanding of the needs of investor clients.
Marshall J. Osofsky, Esquire has been a civil litigator for 25 years with a focus on commercial litigation. His practice includes a broad experience in real estate law, including lender foreclosures, foreclosure defense, landlord/tenant matters and quiet title actions. He also has extensive appellate experience involving real property issues at both the state and federal level, including appearances before the Florida Supreme Court.
Megan F. Schmidt, Esquire has focused her practice in real estate law and business transactions, serving as Managing Counsel for large mortgage servicers and consulting with small businesses. She has a thorough knowledge of the state statutes, case law, and due process protocols pertaining to tax deeds, which allows her to continually improve the processes and procedures of Clear to Sell, LLP, while acting as the Senior Staff Attorney and research team leader.
